(1) 1/2 Cup cocoa
(2) 1/2 Cup flour
(3) 2 tbsp Canola oil
(4) 4 tbsp Prune puree
(5) 4 Egg whites
(6) 1/2 Cup sugar
(7) 1/2 Cup light brown sugar
(8) 2 tsp Vanilla
(9) 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Method...
• Coat a baking pan with cooking spray.
• Heat oven to 350 degree.
• Combine cocoa, baking powder and flour in a small bowl.
• Stir prune puree, brown sugar, sugar and oil in a medium bowl.
• Add vanilla and egg whites.
• Slowly blend cocoa mixture.
• Transfer into baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
• Sprinkle with sugar.
• Chocolate Brownies are ready.
