
Ingredients...
(1) 2 Ounces chocolate chips
(2) 1 Cup plain yogurt
(3) 2 tsp Cornstarch
(3) 3/4 Cup sugar
(4) 1 tsp Vanilla extract
(5) 12 Ounces low fat milk
Method...
• Mix sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
• Pour the evaporated milk.
• Simmer over medium heat and stir until it turns thick and bubbly.
• Remove and cool till lukewarm.
• Add yogurt and vanilla.
• Keep in refrigerator until cold.
• Melt the chocolate.
• Pour it gradually into yogurt mixture. Stir it gently.
• Freeze the mixture in ice-cream maker.
• Chocolate Frozen Yogurt is ready.
